SOLUTION FOR TRANSFORMATION AT WORK

Work Pilots Oy was founded in the fall of 2015 in Finland initially based on the insights, vision and desire to provide more low threshold work opportunities to young people.

Through founders experiences and efforts, our purpose has developed during the years. It includes a wider concept and solution for working life transformation and the inclusive working life. The same solutions and concepts used for young people, have also been utilised for many other disadvantaged and marginalised groups who need help.

At the end of 2019 we realised we could make a bigger impact by providing organisations with their own branded app, rather than using our earlier ‘digital staffing’ solutions. And so, the B2B-based branded SaaS model was born.
The new solution has the same features that have been proven efficient in many customer segments. However, this time the platform is tailored to the customers’ own brand and needs, which will allow customers to create unique value in their business area.

Our vision is a world where everyone has equal opportunities to get work experience, to learn new work skills, to integrate into society as well as feel social inclusion.

To achieve this we provide organisations with ground-breaking solutions that enable quick and easy adaptations to how work is going to be performed.

Together we can create significant social impact and solve one of organisations’ biggest challenges in finding the right people at the right time with the right model.

We put a lot of effort into our information security and risk management, in order for the WorkPilots platform to be as safe as possible for it’s users.

AWARDS

We were flattered and thankful for winning the honorary award of "service work of the year 2017", given by The Finnish Service Alliance. This annually given trophy lifts up successful service reformers and emphasize the service innovations’ significance to the society and the success of companies.

EU World day of social justice- recognition 2021 wanted to lift up three companies creating social impact in EU and we were honoured to be recognised.
